She believes that often resolutions can be achieved through mediated agreements and that parties are more compliant with judgments that they have had a role in creating. Through her work in family law matters, Pamela often seeks the involvement of the parties to achieve a resolution. If a resolution cannot be achieved by agreement, honest and competent representation throughout the court process is provided. It is a goal at Holmes Legal Group to ensure that all clients are represented at a reasonable cost and that the cost of resolving legal difficulties is fair and appropriate.
